1. What you're agreeing to
These terms cover use of the LinkedSpark Chrome extension and website. By installing the extension or joining the private beta, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use LinkedSpark.
2. What LinkedSpark does — and doesn't — do
LinkedSpark drafts LinkedIn content — replies, comments, connection notes, and posts — using AI. It never sends, posts, likes, or connects on your behalf. Every action that reaches LinkedIn is a click you make yourself, on LinkedIn's own page. You're responsible for what you send once you approve and click it; LinkedSpark is a drafting tool, not an autonomous agent, and using it does not transfer that responsibility.
You're responsible for using LinkedSpark in a way that complies with LinkedIn's own User Agreement. LinkedSpark is designed around a maker-checker principle specifically to stay on the right side of LinkedIn's rules against automated behavior, but no third-party tool can guarantee LinkedIn's enforcement decisions.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Once public billing is live, paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Stripe processes and stores your payment details directly — LinkedSpark and its backend never see or store your full card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Founding-member pricing, for anyone subscribed before December 31, 2026, is locked for as long as the subscription stays active without a gap; if you cancel and resubscribe later, current pricing at the time applies.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we don't provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period you cancel mid-cycle, except where the law requires it (see §5).
Once billing is live, cancellation is self-serve through Stripe's Customer Portal, linked from the extension's Settings page and from your billing confirmation email. You can also request cancellation by emailing hello@linkedspark.app.
5. Your right to withdraw (EU/EEA/UK customers)
If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content without giving a reason. Because LinkedSpark is digital content you get access to immediately on subscribing, that right ends once you've started using the paid plan and expressly agreed that this happens and that you lose the withdrawal right by doing so — you'll be asked for that confirmation at checkout once billing is live. Until you give that confirmation, you retain the standard 14-day withdrawal right and a full refund on request.
6. Fair use
Each plan includes a daily cap on AI drafts (and, on Pro, image generations) to keep usage fair and costs predictable. Caps are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice; we won't silently shrink what you're paying for mid-billing-period.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LinkedSpark changes — most notably once public billing launches. We'll update the date at the top when we do, and material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email before they take effect.
